This warm-up program is for anyone looking for a structured, holistic warm-up routine. Best part? This program is for ANYONE. Yea, that’s right! If you feel like you are constantly struggling to find the motivation or creativity to properly warm-up your body before training, you are in the right place.
This program will help to optimize your muscle firing pattern, mobility, and strength. When your body is primed properly, you are able to tap into your full training potential.
So, let's get to the point. This is a repeatable program that will include different variations of warm-ups - focusing on upper body, lower body, and full body regimens.
This works similar to my Supplemental Strongman Program. On your normal scheduled program days, say leg day, you will choose a lower body warm-up to complete. Each warm-up takes approximately 15-30 minutes depending on what options you choose. Then, move right into your regular programming. Easy enough!
Each day will have detailed directions and pointers to help keep you focused and moving. By the end of the warm-up program, you will be ready to hit training hard - feeling motivated, moving freely, and determined to crush your fitness goals.
